With the beginning of each New Year comes the time to check on a few things around your home. Take the time to check furnace air intakes and exhausts for any obstructions and remember to change the furnace filters. Adjust your air exchanger for the colder winter months and clean the filter. Keep snow and ice build up out of roof valleys and gutters to prevent ice dams from forming.
